Kevin was very informative and friendly. He identified mattresses that fit our needs and helped us narrow down our choices. He referred us to the other Mattress Firm stores that carried other brands we were interested in and phoned them to let them know we were on our way. We ended up picking out the bed he recommended to us. We came back the next day and his manager Kris helped us since Kevin was with other customers. Both gave superb customer service and we left very satisfied /happy customers!

Tia Collins was awesome. Told her about my RV and my disabilities and she took the time to ask pertinent questions to determine the best mattress(s) that would fit my needs. Bring in an RV limits mattresses to certain brands/styles since not all mattresses are made to sizes for RV (speaking of RV King size). She found the mattress that would work best for the RV and my needs for the most comfortable sleep possible.
