We visited the mattress firm in Duke street to check out a couple bed options. Jerald was knowledgeable about all mattresses and was very helpful and patient with us. John on the other hand was friendly and also knowledgeable about everything when we visited his location. These guys are great!! Overall we are very happy with our purchase! Jerald was a great salesman. We went through several different mattresses to find one that worked for me and for my budget. He was patient and understanding. I didn’t feel the need to rush through my decision. I ended up getting everything that I needed and he was able to work with me. I definitely recommend. Best experience I’ve had for buying a mattress because this is something that I usually don’t enjoy.
