From the moment we entered the store we felt welcome. We received a warm greeting from Tim! He started off by asking us what we were looking for and gave us the courtesy of asking our price range. Within a few moments of talking to him We realized that he was not just a salesman but an expert! His knowledge pointed us in the right direction in choosing a mattress. There was no pressure to make a decision at that moment and it made us feel very comfortable. Because this was the first store we went to we didn’t want to purchase right away without doing a little more research. We went to another store and realized right away that we would be going back to do business with Tim! This salesperson was certainly not like Tim! We came home and decided which mattress was best with the options that he gave us and we went back today and our purchase ran so smoothly. Thank you again Tim for your hard work, knowledge, dedication and outstanding customer service!

I was a real pleasure working with my Salesman Tim. He was a wealth of knowledge concerning mattresses and very professional. Since I had not purchased a mattress in many years he gave me a very detail education on what to look for when purchasing a mattress. He addressed the importance of comfort and quality for this very important item that you spend many hours on. With asking all of the sleep habit questions and testing out the options we quickly determined the best choice for me . Aaron was very helpful! He taught me about the benefits of using an adjustable base to relieve back discomfort and snoring for a better night sleep. I was against the adjustable base at first because it reminds me of the hospital, but once I let Aaron demonstrate it for me, I was agreeable. He talked about the technology of memory foam versus coil and shared pros and cons of each mattress. I opted for a coil mattress and got a great discount for Black Friday. I’d recommend this store. They just know.
