My husband and I were looking for a new mattress that would suit us both. We met Robert (Bob) He was very helpful and answered all our questions. He let us take our time in trying out the beds and seeing which ones felt the most comfortable for our sleeping styles. He also was very informative as to the pillows and the differences between the two mattress types we were deciding between. Turned out the frame actually was what made the difference for us, which we were not originally even planning on buying one when we went into the store, but we ended up buying the set.

Josh was incredibly helpful, he really made our mattress shopping experience 5 stars. He wasn't being really pushy and actually helped us find the right mattress for us. I truly did not have plans to spend as much as I did, but it all made perfect since (buy cheap, buy twice).
