My husband and I were in need of a new mattress and we wanted the option of trying one out in-person before buying. Don was our fit-expert and he was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked through the door we were listened to and provided with amazing customer service. He was also informative, did not push a purchase, and allowed us plenty of time to make a decision. The variety and attention to detail was so great we walked away with a fantastic mattress for ourselves and two for our kids!! I would highly recommend making a purchase here. They really are the best!!

We purchased our first mattress from Donald back in 2015 and had an amazing experience. In 2020 we purchased from him again and although that mattress wasn’t a good fit for us the whole process was easy and his customer service went above and beyond. Went back in and was thrilled to see Donald was still working here. We purchased a new tempurpedic today and had yet another amazing experience. He was so patient while we tried the beds over and over again. He is a wealth of knowledge and steered us in the right direction. We are loyal customers for as long as he works here. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rick was wonderful, his knowledge of mattresses was so helpful . We ended up buying a Purple mattress and a adjustable base. The experience was smooth and great. 1 week later I called in and bought another purple mattress and base, pillows, mattress cover and sheets for my elderly dad over the phone. Rick was so kind in handling the transaction and made it easy. Even the 2 day delivery experience was great !!

Rick was great. We hit all the mattress stores in Meridian. Every one we could find. Had overall pretty decent experience everywhere so it made the buying choice tough. Rick was the reason we bought at Mattress Firm. He took time so show us and really talked to my 8 year old like he was the one buying the mattress and treated him like he was important as opposed to trying to sell to us as the parents. We were able to find a bed my son loved and at a great price. Can’t recommend working with Rick enough. Great guy.
