Went into the Roosevelt Square location. Very organized and a warm atmosphere store. Alissa was on the phone when I arrived, her multi tasking skills as well as seriously being the best customer service rep I've ever dealt with from any store are exceptional. MF should be beyond grateful to have her as part of their team. The entire visit was very happy, helpful, and informative and I purchased a new mattress. I was made to feel welcome. I'm a house fire survivor so employees tend to think the worst and I've come to appreciate more than I did before good service and being treated like just a normal person. Thank you again Alissa. I appreciate you. Would highly recommend this store...

What a wonderful customer experience! Although our salesperson Liz was relatively new, we found her to be knowledgeable, accommodating, inquisitive, and charming. She patiently showed us several mattresses at an unhurried pace, answering all our questions along the way. Very impressive! We would recommend Liz and the store to anyone.

Thomas was most attentive! Very positive and relaxed experience. When my transaction was finished he walked with me towards the door, chatting comfortably. And then actually opened the door for me! I don't remember the last time a sales person was so cordial.. Very old school and sorely missed from our current culture. Thank you, Thomas!
