Best place to get a mattress. Bought a Doze Memory Foam Mattress a few years ago from Mattress Firm. It’s worked pretty good for me. Choose to get a king size from the same business but different location. Looking forward to sleeping on it. Good customer service each time. They know what you need.

Great experience here! Robert, my sales guy, was super accommodating and extremely helpful, he helped me pick just the right mattress for me. He made the whole process much easier than I could have hoped. Overall awesome service & ended up with an amazing temper-pedic mattress (love that it vibrates and has under the bed lighting! Now I can find my cat when it’s time to go to the vet). Have been sleeping better than I have in years! Also, if you’re thinking about getting one of the cooling charcoal pillows, just do it, the cool side of the pillow is amazing & worth every penny. Oh, and the platinum service delivery? Amazing. Those delivery guys are pros & got me set up just how I wanted it. Thanks, Mattress Firm, you guys rule!

Wow. Jerry was able to show me the best customer service I think I’ve ever had in my life. It started with me giving him a call to see if he had any inventory of a certain bed, and then it turned into initial questions and curiosity about my sleeping habits. We exchanged names, and then I came in the next day. I mentioned to Jerry we had spoken on the phone the other day, and he immediately remembered me. He started off by asking more follow up questions to best suit my needs. He then took me on a journey of differing beds, explaining the difference between what would be best for me, the mechanics of the bed, etc. His knowledge of beds was extremely immense, and I learned a lot from him. I didn’t feel pressured at all to make any decisions, or was pushed to buy the most expensive bed. After trying many beds, I ultimately decided to get the bed I had called about, a purple hybrid mattress. Jerry is an incredible worker, and deserves a place at mattress firm to continue to help others find their perfect bed, which we as humans spend so much time in, in our lives. I would recommend anyone to go to mattress firm and ask for Jerry to help them out. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!
