All you need to do is wrap each sausage with bacon, insert a toothpick to keep it all connected and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Stick a tray of them in the oven for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees, then serve. Your guests will thank you.

Bacon Potato Salad

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes on the stove about 20 minutes or until tender. Drain the water and allow to cool until you can handle them. Cut all the potatoes into 1-inch pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, add potatoes, bacon, red pepper, celery stalks and onion.
  3. In another smaller bowl, mix together the mayo and the sour cream until blended. Add the salt, pepper and minced garlic.
