Friendly salesman who was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses. He directed us to one which was a good fit, after trying out a few options. We had shopped at two other independent stores and found better prices and products at Mattress Firm. 2 day delivery and set up is even better.

After much research (Consumer Reports, brand sites, limited social media reviews), I was extremely pleased with the level of service and candor from Kyle, at the Paradise Valley location, near Michael's. I had been pricing and visiting several competitors, and have zero buyer's remorse for the queen-size Serta hybrid and motorized platform I purchased, which was just delivered two hours ago. The overall cost was reflective of a few applied discounts, and even my brother the CFP says I did well. As someone who is about two meters tall, I have found it important to get the right size in things that matter and have to last.
