The sale experience and delivery experience were really great. The showroom was clean and spotless, unlike competitor's showrooms we had visited. James M was very helpful and found us the best value for what we needed. The delivery process was really good - the delivery people were professional, friendly, respectful, and very well versed in what needed to happen during the delivery process - those two people are definitely worth keeping. They are the last people you see from Mattress Firm, and left us with a really great impression, Well done to everyone in the process - from the showroom maintenance and cleaning people, to the sales person, and last but not least the delivery people.

This was an excellent experience! This store is the best. Natalie made the process easy and enjoyable. She doesn't make you feel pressured at all, she is thorough and she shows you all the best options for your price range. She doesn't rush you when you are testing out the mattresses either. It's a huge purchase and she made us feel really happy with what we got! I highly recommend you go there.

Natalie was an excellent sleep expert and was super knowledgeable and patient when it came to helping me pick out my mattress. It took me several tries going back and forth betwen different mattresses to get a good idea of what I wanted. Even when the mattress I thought I had decided on didn't quite feel right for me and I was tempted to look elsewhere, Natalie showed me several more mattress until I found the right one for me. If you're looking for a new mattress I highly recommend checking out Mattress Firm and asking for Natalie!
