Wow, what a day! I actually was not figuring I would be buying a mattress today, that's one of my dreaded things to have to do. I ended up talking to DeShawn Lowrey on the phone and wound up buying a mattress before even entering the store! I travel the country full time in my RV for the veterans and my mattress has to be a specific height and very careful because it slides under the closet when I bring my bed slide in. Unfortunately, the mattress that I purchased over the phone was a queen, but it was bigger than we thought, no problem at all to exchange for a full size! And I love it! DeShawn went far above and beyond to make sure the mattress was going to work for me. I can't thank that young man and Mattress Firm enough!! So let me add my positive review for this store and DeShawn for making a dreaded task a great experience! Yay!

Our sleep expert, Alex, did a wonderful job of showing us the beds we were interested in. He was very patient while we tried several and laid on each one for quite a while. There were so many great beds all fitting a variety of budgets. We are very happy with our final decision and are excited to have the bed delivered!

Mattress shopping had become overwhelming. I had done all the research, online, in other stores. Came into Mattress Firm with little hope of finding something that would work well for me and be within my budget. Alex was AMAZING! He jumped right into what I was looking for in a bed and what my main points were. We tried a few before I decided on the one. He took the time to explain everything….twice, lol. My mom went with me and asked a lot of questions. He just made the over all experience fun and I wasn’t overwhelmed anymore! I get my bed on Friday and will update with a sleep review!

I went to this store after being disappointed at a couple other mattress sellers. Rene' Corella (the salesman) greeted us when we walked in, and asked specific questions about what we were looking for; I found that refreshing, because most places just try to sell you what they're trying to get rid of. Rene' was professional, polite and friendly, he didn't try to pressure or rush me; he explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions patiently. I will definitely go back to this store for any mattresses I need. People make all the difference in the world.
