Absolutely wonderful experience! Our salesperson (sleep expert) Erik was an absolute delight! Very knowledgeable and more importantly personable! Incredible customer service skills, rare to find these days! Haven’t received our newly purchased bed set, but if Erik is any indication it’s looking good! I can only hope Mattress Firm appreciates the gem they have with their employee Erik in the Encinitas West store!
