I purchased a mattress and frame set for my mom back around Father's Day. Unfortunately it was too firm for her. I went in and Jose Luis was a big help. My mom was able to pick the mattress she liked. It was still under warranty and I only had to pay the difference and delivery/pickup of old mattress fee. It was so easy and excellent customer service.
