Had a great experience there. Chris was the salesman who helped us with all our questions and concerns. He's very personable, knowledgeable and not once did I feel pressured into purchasing a mattress. I was able to take my time and try out all the mattresses I was interested in. Not only did I find my dream bed, but I was able to get some discounts on it as well, thanks to Chris. Highly recommend Mattress Firm, and if you do go, ask for Chris.

Our experience at Mattress Firm was great. The salesperson/sleep expert, Sunny, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He explained in full detail the positive and negative features of each mattress that we were interested in. His knowledge and expertise were impeccable. We are looking forward to purchasing, in the near future, the next mattress for another bedroom in our home. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

Amazing service! Sunny helped us find exactly what we wanted and made the whole process very easy. Wasn’t sure how to deal with getting a mattress since it’s our first time and what was needed to get exactly what we wanted. Since we spend a third of our lives sleeping on a sponge I wanted to make sure it was the right one and Sunny was very helpful.

Great selection and great price! I was helped by sunny at the location in the el Paseo marketplace who not only exceeded expectations and what you would want in terms of treatment as a customer, but was willing to show my wife and I everything we needed to know about purchasing a new mattress. He shared the difference between mattress types and found us the best bang for our buck not only in price but in comfortability! Very nice and genuine he’s the goto guy if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

I have been to Mattress Firm 2-3 times and walked out, and I know I need a new mattress. I have spent time on the internet trying to understand the types of mattresses available. Today I happened to be in shopping center that has a Mattress Firm. I walked into the store and met Sunny. Sunny took time with me and had me trying different mattresses, explained the mattresses in a way that made sense. I bought a new mattress today. Thanks for your help Sunny.
