My girlfriend and I went arrived at Mattress Firm (La Jolla) to conduct preliminary mattress research. We didn’t anticipate buying a mattress for a few months…after examining a dozen mattress options, we walked out of the store with a new mattress scheduled for delivery a week later! Christopher, the store manager, took great care of us!! We originally bought our mattress at a Hillcrest location and we were looking to do an exchange and he was extremely well informed on all of the mattresses. He was transparent and insightful and genuinely had our best interest in mind. He gave us the full low down on all of our options and how it all works. Walking out the door my partner and I felt very confident with our decision and had peace of mind that we can call Christopher if anything arises- he would guide us through it.
