Customer service, inventory and salesmans knowledge was awesome! It has been many many years since we bought a new bed and we had not realized the change in the prices. This is definitely a new world we live in with prices tripled in the last 10 years just for a bed.. This was a great purchase and the sales rep found an awesome deal for us!

Mattress firm was our first choice for picking a mattress… Three of us went in looking at mattresses. My wife, our roommate and I. Originally our roommate was the only one getting a bed. She found an amazing deal on one she really liked, and by then my wife and I ended up wanting one too, due to how well they took care of us. Shannon and Michael took care of us really well, they even gave us information about the ins and outs of mattress buying and didn’t try and sell us extra stuff we didn’t need. 10/10 will recommend for sure!
