The 3 ladies who helped me today at Both Mattress Firms in Mountain View were awesome and so knowledgeable! The first lady I spoke with was Lisa, and she ended up needing to spend the most time with me working out the specifics, so I chose to place my order with Lisa. And I apologize I did not get the names of the other two ladies who helped me. One at the Mountain View location on East El Camino near Sunnyvale and the other that worked this afternoon with Lisa at the West El Camino location closer to Showers drive in Mountain View. But I want this review to reflect that everybody at Mattress Firm today that helped me we're extremely helpful. Especially the ladies. I ended up spending quite a bit more money than I expected but they really did get me the best possible deal for what I truly needed for my physical disabilities. And it doesn't look like an ugly hospital bed so win-win.

The BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I've ever had!!! Selecting a bed is a big and important decision and I had planned on shopping around. I walked into MATTRESS FIRM in Mountain View, CA, needing a new bed. Carla stepped up, asked me what I was looking for, showed me fitting choices. Extremely knowledgeable, and an excellent listener, she took me to three beds in a huge showroom with scores of beds. She detailed and compared the features on the beds that fit exactly what I was wanting. An exceptional sales person and human being, that was clear. She lowered the price from the Black Friday sales price, It has a three month return policy, and, additionally, she added extra's. I made my choice! I was sold!
