First time purchasing a mattress and was greeted with great customer service from Patricia. I told Patricia I wanted a mattress from the outlet for a good deal. Patricia kept up with looking at the outlet inventory to find me a good deal and 2 months later she contacted me back after I had thought she forgot. She definitely did not forget and I walked out the door with a new mattress and sleep accessories for a great price. Couldn’t have been happier!
