Sales associate Wes was awesome. Very knowledgeable, detailed, and thorough when walking us through the different type of mattresses and accessories. After determining our needs, he led us to our mattress that checked off all the boxes. Highly recommended Wes if you're in the market for a mattress. I needed a new mattress and box springs. I was the first customer of the day. Wes Hall took the time to find out my specific needs and price range. He assisted me in trying a few mattresses . Then he helped me pick out pillows. He suggested a mattress cover to protect my new mattress. I was pleasantly surprised at the total purchase price. Delivery was scheduled at my convenience. Wes also reviewed my invoice and the warranty. I was in and out in an hour! I will recommend Mattress Firm to friends.

David was very helpful with assisting and education me on finding a few mattress! I had already done some research online and knew what I was looking for, but David gave even more information when I visited the store. I brought my friend and we tested all the beds I was interested and give the perfect match. I purchased my new mattress and a waterproof cooling cover to help prevent future accidents from my cats! I bought a Simmons hybrid mattress with adjustable base in 2020, I had my mattress in storage for a while, and when it came time to move, we somehow lost the legs to the adjustable base. I called mattress firm, and they were able to obtain some legs from the distribution warehouse free of charge. I am so happy with mattress firm. I will definitely be buying my next mattress from them. The Rialto branch manager Wes was awesome and just a pleasure to deal with. Thank you so much mattress, firm.
