Every other mattress store in town wanted $800+ for basic queen sized mattresses but this store had amazing deals and even a $1000 mattress for half off! And next day delivery! My husband and I went in a couple days ago and received wonderful service. When we walk into stores we are on the younger side so usually we get passed over as young and not being able to afford anything. This however was not the case here at Mattress Firm in Rialto. As soon as we walked in Sarah helped us and was very patient. She had us take a questionnaire to figure what type of bed would best suit us. She was so patient as we nearly tried out every bed. She helped us find the perfect mattress. Sarah was a pleasure to work with. Her patience, desire to sell, and her knowledge on the mattresses left us in wonderful hands. She was able to help us get the perfect mattress at a reasonable price. Thank you Sarah.

There’s nothing like going to a store vs a website. We tested beds for a while, Wes questioned us on how we sleep, the types of mattresses we like, they gave us the beds that would fit us the best. He explained the best way to sleep, and educated us on the different types of beds to the point where we decided to get a hybrid mattress which we’ve been avoiding. That’s great customer service! Which is very important to us.
