The reason I bought from this store was because of our Salesman, David. He was so personable and helpful and he was very knowledgeable about all the products. We were looking for something specific and he took our number and contacted us days later when he found it. We especially liked him because there was NO high pressured sales. I am very pleased with the transaction, although I have not rec'd my mattress yet but so far I will be recommending this company to friends and family when I get the chance. From Northern CA I purchased a mattress and box spring set for a relative in Southern CA needing delivery within 3-4 days. The transaction was handled over the phone with Miriam from a Riverside store location, she checked product availability in a local warehouse for quick delivery, and secure payment was handled via text link online while she waited on the phone. I appreciated the information and the recommendations provided for a very smooth transaction. Excellent professional service, the process was so easy.
