I had a great experience at this Mattress Firm and truly appreciated getting to work with Katie to pick out a new mattress! I had not gone in with the intention of buying one that day, but Katie was able to help us find the perfect mattress for us and get us a deal on it that made it possible for me to purchase same day. She was detailed in her explanations, listened to our sleeping concerns, and recommended a mattress she truly thought we would enjoy. She let us take our time testing out different mattresses and encouraged us to lay how we would while we slept and spend extra time in the mattress we chose to make sure we liked it. Katie was honest, kind, funny, and so enjoyable to work with!

Justin was the perfect person to help us find perfect bed for my son! He was friendly, polite, courteous and very professional when assisting us. He was also quite informative. You could tell he had great knowledge and expertise about purchasing the best bed for our purposes. He gave us all his attention, and I never felt pressured. It was a pretty good experience. Make sure to do your research especially if you are buying clearance to make sure you're getting the best deal. I had an issue shortly after delivery, I called the store, they were super friendly and were going to have a team come check it out until I found it was just a loose wire that when reconnected fixed my issue. Their resolution person was super nice and I feel went above and beyond.
