Top Notch Customer Service! We were making a move to San Diego from central California, which is a seven to eight hour drive depending on traffic. We made an advance purchase of two mattresses and two box springs with plans to pick them up at the Mattress Firm location on Fenton Parkway upon arrival into town. Following the long drive with heavy traffic, we barely had enough time to head there to pick up our mattresses before closing. Due to the size of the load, there was no way we could take everything in one trip. Anthony was so kind as to wait for us to return for the second load even though it would be a little past closing by the time we returned. He truly went above and beyond to accommodate us as we needed the mattresses to sleep on that night! We also ended up returning the next day to purchase a third box spring and Jesse, the manager was just as nice and gave us a great deal. We are happy with our purchase and very pleased with the level of customer service we received throughout the process with this Mattress Firm location. We feel we received a great product for a great price with awesome service!

I had the most unexpectedly informative and fulfilling visit to Mattress Firm. My Sleep Expert (Anthony) was incredibly kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was clear that his goal was to find me a bed that was good for me, my body, and my health, not to just make a sale. He presented me with a range of options to fit my goals and provided incredible insights to help me make a decision. I came in with one ill-informed plan in mind, and in spite of my typically indecisive nature, left fully committed to a different type of bed that I was ready to buy on the spot. The white glove delivery was the icing on the cake. I absolutely plan to get my next mattress from Mattress Firm, and while I hope all locations function like this one, I’m looking forward to going back to this particular location for the same excellent attention and care.

Scott Bejsec is phenomenal! It’s felt like forever since I’ve experienced that high of a level of customer service. I can’t rave about him enough in my experience. It because of him I alone that I will recommend Mattress Firm to others. NEVER stop moving him up the ranks, I’m certain someone like him in your company is few and far between. I can say that with confidence as I’ve gone to multiple store in San Diego. If you read this, Scott, Thank you a millions times over for taking care of us!!

Just had another great experience at Mattress Firm, in the Mission Valley/Fenton marketplace location with my sales person , Shaun. I went in to buy a mattress that I thought would suit me, but once I was there, realized a better one, which Shaun made possible for the same price. Very appreciated and I will be back again!

Entering the store I had no real idea of what I was looking for. Mattress shopping for me is the WORST since every mattress seems to feel good in the store but then I get it home and it’s all terrible. Will was friendly and not at all judgy of my novice mattress knowledge. He listened to my list of key desires and walked me through my top three matches. He was patient in explaining the differences and allowing me to bounce between the three as I compared feels. When I found my perfect match, he walked me through all of my financing options as well as confirming that I was getting the best possible deal. Will made my experience easy and completely lovely. I look forward to doing business with Will, and Mattress Firm, again in the future.
