Monica was so patient and accommodating with us as we asked many questions, and it also helped that she had a great sense of humor and made the entire process fun. Monica was awesome! She was super friendly, guided us thru the warranty process of our old mattress, and helped get us the mattress we wanted and needed! Brian, the store manager was super nice and helpful as well. No pressure at all. We felt comfortable and at ease. Highly recommended this location and business!!

Adam at the Fenton Parkway store was very knowledgeable and helpful in assessing mattress options. He wasn’t high pressured in the least. Though I am happy with my purchase, it’s good to know Mattress Firm has a “Love Your Mattress Guarantee” where you can give a mattress a 120 day trial and trade it in for another if totally unhappy. Looking forward to receiving my mattress tomorrow!

Adam helped us out last night we told him our budget was limited I loved how he respected my decision and he was really honest with me and stayed between my budget I ended up buying a bed that’s guaranteed to last me 10 years instead of the 3 year one because he told me that those aren’t meant to last that long. He not once tried to go out of my budget zone or pressured me he was very polite, kind and very patient I will definitely do business here and with him again in the near future thank you so much for your help Adam and keep up the good work!
