We have company visiting tomorrow and needed a new queen mattress. I called Michael to see if he had anything that we could pickup today or tomorrow. He made us feel certain that we would find the perfect mattress and we did. He checked a store just down the road at Park Meadows and they had the exact mattress ready for us. Michael was wonderful as well as Mac who helped me load up the mattress. Such a pleasant experience!

My wife and I went into Mattress Firm to test out some mattresses. We were having a tough time making a decision. Alex told us what he had purchased for himself, but they did not have it at his location. He sent us to the Park Meadows location even though he would not have made his commission. Alex wanted us to try the other bed so we would be happy. We checked out the other bed and loved it. It was just more money than we wanted to spend, so we came back and bought a different bed from Alex. Thanks Alex.

John Mickelson (usually at Park Meadows) helped us on Saturday and again on Monday of Labor Day weekend. He was perfect. He answered all of our questions without being pushy or annoying, leaving my husband and I to discuss our thoughts privately. We went home Saturday, planning to go back and spend more time relaxing on the bed we were considering. Monday, we purchased our new bed. Thanks John for understanding what is comfortable for us and helping us choose the right bed.

Nathaniel, my sales rep was very kind and helpful. I ended up buying a bigger bed than I anticipated, but am very excited about it. The staff is not aggressive about selling or anything, which is a huge relief. It was a very pleasant and casual experience. They answered all my questions and requests about the free delivery.
