I loved my experience shopping here. As a person who experiences a rough nights sleep due to back issues it was important to me to find what I needed. Not only for myself but for my boyfriend also. The selection was phenomenal and the manager Kurt was more than patient with my indecisiveness on a mattress. Kurt also showed me an adjustable base which I’ve never seen one of these before. I even left the store feeling better. Kurt was even engaging genuinely with my daughter while I signed my delivery paperwork! All around great experience . Let’s say I walked out with the best bed, top quality for a phenomenal purchase price. Thanks so much Kurt for reminding me how important a good nights sleep is, we can’t wait to throw this old mattress out and enjoy a great nights rest! 10/10 highly Recommend this location!!! Not to mention they have 0% interest financing !!!!

Mr. B greeted us with a smile and was so super knowledgeable about all the options. Not once did we feel pressured. He answered all of our questions and was an absolute delight to work with. I will be telling my friends and family to go see him and Kurt at that store. Both super friendly and helpful! Made the mattress shopping experience really easy and pleasant. Loved working with him!

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Firm in Bear, De this afternoon. Mr B, was very helpful and extremely pleasant to work with. He showed us everything and even gave us time to discuss our decision before deciding to purchase. He was the perfect salesman without being pushy. We can't wait for our bed delivery.

I went into Mattress Firm this afternoon, Kurt greeted me immediately, made me feel welcome and no pressure. As a matter of fact, he took me to the least expensive Mattress first. I had an emergency that I was dealing with. I told Kurt what I was looking for and had to take delivery and set up in 2 days or Less than an hour later I had picked out my Mattress and adjustable base and he had me a set up appointment within the 2 day window. He really understood what and why I needed this Mattress setup. Thank you Kurt for your help today. I will be a repeat customer. Jerry

Kurt was an amazing salesman. He explained everything in perfect detail about the benefits of getting the perfect mattress. I thought I knew what direction I was going when I began my search and informed him I was fine. While allowing me to “do my thing” I actually ended up exactly where he was trying to guide me all along. Note to all…. Kurt knows his products!!!
