Went to Mattress Firm to look at a king size adjustable bed and was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic customer service and knowledge of the staff. Richie and Jason were very helpful and Patient while we tried several different mattresses and base frame units. Richie explained the differences between the mattress types and was very helpful in helping us make or final selection, with no pressure. It was a great shopping experience and great customer service. Highly recommend this facility if you are in the market for a new bed. Thank you Richie and Jason for all your help!

My wife and I had a great experience purchasing our new mattress with Richie. Very personable and it was easy to tell he had extensive knowledge of the products. Was genuinely concerned about giving us the best product for us and not just trying to upsell and give us the most expensive mattress. With multiple finance options it’s easy for anyone to step in and find something well within their budget. Great customer service! We purchased a couple of mattresses from the Middletown, DE store in the summer and we were very pleased with the quality and the price. I called them in the fall to buy another of the same mattress/platform set and it couldn't have been easier. Jason was knowledgeable and friendly and was able to process my order in no time at all. We are scheduled fir delivery in two days. I have no doubt they will deliver on time since they were so reliable the fist time around. Highly recommend!
