We had the pleasure of working with Jordan. When we walked in, we were originally just looking for nice pillows after just leaving bed bath & beyond next door & they had nothing. He greeted us right away when we walked in the store. We told him we were looking for pillows & he said he would be happy to help & began asking us questions about how we sleep etc. We also told him we had been needing a new mattress but were really only there for pillows at the time. He asked us if we wanted to try out some of the mattresses now so when we are ready to get one we will be prepared. Jordan was so wonderful the entire experience & he made us feel so comfortable especially while testing out all the super soft beds! We really weren’t planning on buying a new mattress but because Jordan is so great as his job, we left with our 2 pillows that day, & we received our mattress & adjustable base today! Just 3 days later! Everything is absolutely perfect & we couldn’t be happier with our experience here. From Jordan being incredibly awesome & educational on sleep stuff, to the amazing delivery guys that came to set up our bed. Thank you !!!! It was an absolute pleasure working with you, Jordan, & we look forward to coming back in to buy more pillows & my daughters mattress next!

I was greeted as I entered the store by a young man. We exchanged names and he was professional to listen and address my concerns in our back and forth assisting me all the while. No pressure but he did want to understand what he could do to assist the sale for me. That got me thinking he wanted my sale and satisfaction. I needed to think things over and digest the information from my visit. Took Ezekiel’s business card. He wrote upon it his terms of how he could assist and signed it as well should I return the next day to seal the deal. I did and met with another young man Matthew who was just as welcoming and also had wonderful Customer Service as well! I walked out of the store with my receipt of payment, my information for delivery and Matthew explained my receipt which was highlighted and the 120-night sleep trial with terms of the 30-day trial period minimum to adjust. All in all, my questions and concerns were answered by both young men and hopefully I’ll be delighted with the delivery, set up and take away terms I receive. Good experience 👌👩‍🦳. I do have another mattress to purchase in my stay so hopefully it will be with another equally wonderful sale and service at the same location at 1835 NE Pine Island Rd of Cape Coral.

came in few nights ago, and had the pleasure of working with Ezekiel. He was super nice and very knowledgeable about all their products and was very genuine in his opinions. We got the bed and it was wonderful from delivery to laying on it the first time. We got the soft tempur-pedic adjustable base and it is PERFECT!! All his recommendations paid out, and he honestly needs a raise. One of the most genuine salesman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. He went above and beyond for us when he didn’t have to, and we will be recommending Ezekiel and this specific store to anyone we can. Thank you again, we LOVE the bed 💕 💕
