Alex was very professional and very helpful on giving us a “tour” around the store giving our family options and suggestions base in our needs. My mother and I went in Mattress firm this month and met Alex. He was very helpful. We've been to two or three places this year and didn't receive any valuable information compared to this visit. We've been shopping around for a while. The help he provided was very genuine and informative. He's has a sense of humor too. Most importantly, Alex understood where we were coming from far as pricing. The mattresses are super comfortable! We weren't able to purchase anything, but we'll definitely be back to purchase a mattress set. Thanks for all your help Alex! To others - go in you never know what you may leave with.
