Jonathan and Ashley were literally so friendly and helpful! They made getting new mattresses a really easy and fun experience. They found us the best beds for our price range and needs, and were just so nice. :) Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs help finding a good mattress

We had a great experience here. My mom and I came in looking for brand new mattresses and frames for both of us. We were warmly treated with patience by Nadine, Mike and their team. I appreciate the time they took with us and their patience in our many questions. Special shout-out to Mike, the Manager. He was personable, understanding and very knowledgeable about everything. My experience here was wonderful! It had been over 8 years since I bought a new bed so I was very overwhelmed. They helped me in my learning tutorial on all the new kinds of beds. They were very understanding and patient with us while we picked a mattress. Nadine and Mike, the store manager, were awesome! Btw, this is one of the cleanest stores I have even been to in South Florida. I was so impressed and it made a difference buying a bed.

We were greeted by Frank as soon as we walked in the store. He was super knowledgeable and was not pushy or aggressive. My wife had hundreds of questions, and we tried multiple beds over and over again. "Poor Frank" . He was never annoyed. True professional salesman. The main reason we bought the mattress and accessories was due to Frank. The prices were good and the price guarantee they have is amazing. Usually, we would go to many stores. Not today. We bought it at the first store Mattress Firm. Thanks Frank
