Ricardo was a wonderful salesman. I waited to write my review till the bed frame came. I assembled it today. Very easy. Ricardo was warm friendly informative showed me all my options and a pleasure to meet and do business with. The only thing he could have done more was join me for a drink and coffee in the morning. I recommend him highly a true asset to mattress firm. Very good with people.

My overall experience with Mattress Firm has been an excellent one thus far. They tracked me from my initial chat requesting some information and asking some questions right to when I said I was going to try to come in to the store. Ricardo followed up with me that day and assisted me tremendously with my issues choosing a mattress with my health and physical challenges. He made it very easy for me to complete my purchase and went above and beyond to find me financing. I am currently awaiting my delivery date, but expect the excellent customer service to continue. I highly recommend this particular location and Ricardo who is super knowledgeable about the products.

I just purchased a mattress with Johnathan and Jesus. I can confidently say that the experience was first-class and I’m extremely happy with my purchase and the way John and Jesus took care of me. They helped me figure out which options would work best based on my needs, but at the same time let met explore and make my own decisions at the end. The perfect balance. And they were able to offer me benefits that you simply can’t get online. I can’t recommend them highly enough. This is the place to come if you’re in need of a new mattress.

Usually the whole process of mattress shopping is tedious and long. Luckily, we walked in this mattress firm and were greeted by Ricardo. He asked us what we were looking for and quickly showed us the best options to what we had explained. He was knowledgeable and had detailed answers for all our questions. Jonathan was absolutely AMAZING in getting us what we needed. I purchased this extremely comfy mattress for a sick family friend, she had a stroke. The hospital bed was truly thin which is why her recovery isn't where it should be, but thanks to Jonathan's suggestion of your 12 inch mattress for a great price Didn't have the xl in the store, but he sent us to another store to pick it up..
