I’ve never bought a new mattress until today. I’m definitely the type to do my own research, but when we walked in we were greeted by Nick, who did an amazing job confirming information I had as well as elaborating on points that I wasn’t aware of. Nick was extremely helpful and kind. He was very patient and walked us through the whole process to make sure that we’d be getting the perfect mattress for our needs. We’ll definitely be return customers as long as Nick is around!

I went to mattress firm after going to several other stores. Nick helped me in Hiram. He was knowledgeable, friendly, honest and fair. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I was at the sleep galleria in acworth before and the salesman wasn’t very friendly. Sitting behind his desk and uninterested. Also, I loved how they weren’t pushy or trying to up a sale. They listened to me. I’m very pleased.
