This place is amazing. I was in the store only about five seconds before someone asked if they could help me. Melvin (don't know last name!) was a fantastic sales person. He suggested several different kinds of beds and mattresses, but didn't try to push me into buying something I didn't want or need. The whole process was easy and pleasant and the young lady who was working there brought up points I hadn't even thought of. These two make a great team and I appreciated their attention and knowledge.

As soon as I walked in the customer service was amazing. Terri was so friendly and professional. She was very thorough and knowledgeable in explaining all the products I was interested in and as well as products to enhance my mattress and sleep. She catered to what I was looking for and not just trying to get me to buy things. When we were done picking out all my selections she set it up for me so that everything will be delivered and set up all at once. Terri also gave me her number in case I have any problems. She explained she is not always at that specific store, but I am so happy I chose that day because Terri was exceptionally helpful and pleasant.
