I received absolutely amazing and professional service upon entering the showroom floor. I was extended a warm and friendly greeting by Mr. Couch and following that everything went seamlessly. All my concerns were addressed and I was allowed to test the product as a potential buyer. Due to having been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus I was in the market for an adjustable frame and found the perfect fit for my needs. I have never been treated so kindly and received all the necessary information needed to make a decision about one of the most important purchases that I would ever make. THANK YOU, TRENT at the Hwy 92 location! I was working with a tight deadline when the mattress I ordered on Amazon didn’t deliver on time. In fact, it was lost. I had a 24 hour window to work with to finish my guest room in time for family/guest coming in town. Trent called multiple other locations to check their inventory for me, and ended up hooking me up with an amazing mattress at the 955 Barrett Pkwy location.
