When I walked into mattress firm, I was greeted by an associate named Brandon. He was knowledgeable, asked me intuitive questions and listened closely to my replies. He was able to tell me which beds would be most suitable to help with my back issues. He showed me a range of options, while being mindful of my price point. Working with him was so easy because he was laid back and calm. There was no pressure. I had space to think. He provided top notch service to me while also helping another customer which shows how efficient he is! Also, he let know which add-ons and upgrades were available, again with a smile and a “no pressure” attitude. I purchased a mattress, frame, headboard and pillows all within my specified budget. He’s a pleasure to work with! I would 100% recommend him.

Awesome sales and customer service experience. Went onto store to try out some mattresses and were amazed at the quality and improvements in sleep quality with these mattresses and bases. Really excited to get our purchased products delivered for better sleep quality. Sales manager was knowledgeable and very informative so if you’re in the Kennesaw area Mattress Firm go see Ross.
