Finally, I have time to recap my experience at Mattress Firm, Sandy Springs. Leslie and her team were absolutely amazing. After making my purchase, I noticed a price difference between the website and the in-store price; they quickly acknowledge and honored the adjustment. Leslie even contacted me to make sure the delivery process went as smooth as possible and when it didn’t; she made sure another team came back and assembled the adjustable base. I haven’t experienced world class customer service in a long time and am glad to know that it still exist. Thank you, Leslie for going the extra mile your work of service doesn’t go unnoticed!
