I went in to replace my bed, buy a guest bed, and two twin beds for another guest area. Peter helped me and did a wonderful job explaining the merits of each bed. He showed me beds from all price points, not just the most expensive. He let me test each bed for several minutes so that I was able to actually know what they felt like when they had memory foam elements. I walked out with 4 great beds!

I ordered a mattress from Amazon that was delivered, or so they claimed. Yet I sure couldn’t find it. I was getting ready to return to Ohio and needed a mattress for my short-term rental, QUICK. In desperation, I stopped in at the Mattress Firm 45 minutes before they closed. The salesperson was friendly, helpful, and very low key. I was able to order a decent quality mattress at a competitive price, and they’ll deliver. Yes, Amazon delivers, too, but here in NOLA, I’ve found that the merchandise they claim they’ve delivered has an issue with going MIA. Mattress Firm requires a signature, so I’m hoping the one I’ve ordered from them actually reaches its destination!
