I bought my mattress from Stephen after having bought the most uncomfortable bed-in-a-box from Zinus. Stephen was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had all my questions answered and felt I understood enough to make a good decision and not have a sore back after waking up. I would really recommend going into the store and testing their products because they have 2 floors of mattresses, and the service will always exceed reading random people's reviews on the internet. He also was not pushy but still a good salesperson.

My boyfriend & I stopped by the store hoping to explore which level of firmness was right for us as we upgraded from a full to a queen, and left with a mattress, adjustable base, & pillows! To be honest, I had always thought the mattress buying experience would include insane prices and car salesman-like haggling. However, that was not the case at all. We worked with Derek to figure out our ideal mattress at the price point that worked for us. He was super informative and answered all of our questions. He also found us the most possible discounts for our order and saved us hundreds of dollars on the purchase. We were very happy with our experience and can't wait for our mattress to arrive --- which is schedule for 2 days from our visit!
