We are return customers to Mattress Firm. Their customer service is excellent. Sales people are not pushy in any way. They stand behind their return policies and you always get a little something nice, like a pillow or mattress cover on them. Definitely would recommend!

Our salesman was a very knowledgeable gentleman named Chad. We were welcomed as soon as we hit the door, he asked the right questions and didn't try to "up-sell" my 82 year old mother into anything that she really didn't need. He didn't even mind if we brought our dog, Bailey. Our experience was fantastic and we received our product within 2 days. The delivery team was very professional and cognizant of our personal property. I cannot sing the praises high enough for our experience with Mattress Firm!!! Our experience was exceptional from the minute we walked in till the delivery men hauled my mom's old mattress and box spring away! By the way, this mattress is perfectly matched for the type of sleeper my mom is! Chad was spot on in his assessment of the product best suited for her needs!
