The showroom was clean & orderly. The associate Justin was just awesome!! We told him what we were looking for and he knew which bed we would like! But it was softer than we wanted& he was fast on my husband needing more support on the sides. The next bed was so perfect &just what we needed. We left very satisfied!! Thank you mattress firm!!!
