I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I had just visited a competitor across the street and no one was even present in the store! Witt was awesome, he showed me several different brands and gave me the pluses and minuses without any pressure. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the mattresses. I feel that I was able to make a well informed decision based on what I needed. I’m very happy with my purchase, but the real proof will come after delivery. Definitely glad no one greeted me at the other store.
