My experience at Mattress Firm River Highway store was amazing. After spending 3 days looking for beds the team made it easy to decide on what was right for me. I visited 3 stores before this one and the staff was not as helpful as the River Highway team. The team had the right answers to all of my questions and the product knowledge to help me decide. Before my visit – I canceled an order already placed from across the road. I almost made a HUGE mistake, luckily, I did some late research and discovered it was vital to cancel. The next day, I visited Mattress Firm. I have been a customer since they were 1-800 Mattress. I should have never tried anywhere else. I tested out the TEMPUR-ProAdapt Hybrid Mattress from this location. Brenden is super honest and totally transparent. He did not try to oversell, manipulate, or have any of the bad qualities you would expect from someone trying to make a sale. Brenden was extremely knowledgeable about the merchandise and warranty; he walked us through all of our questions/concerns. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with my visit to this store. The Mattress Firm delivery team has always been top-notch service. Today was no exception, in and out super fast. :) FYI – I have owned the queen adjustable base for over 6 years and did not have any issues. If you are like me and hit an age or ache that hinders your day. Visit this place, before going anywhere else. TRUST ME, save your weekend. I love the new mattress. I’ll update this review if anything changes.
