Purchased a mattress in Va that I absolutely hated, called the mattress firm in Morehead to ask about a return. Had zero issue’s going in and picking a new mattress. They are even going to pick up the old and deliver the new one for me. Literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Ms Brittany at that store specifically was extremely helpful and kind and went out of her way to help. Very much recommend.
