We were greeted by a very nice CSR upon entering. Introduced himself as Sam. After explaining what I wanted and sharing I had been on line and taken the mattress finder quiz, he showed me several choices. Sam listened to us and worked quietly to select items. Keeping me informed of points to consider and upgrades available. Kept my price point in mind as we shopped. I tested the mattress to my comfort and satisfaction. Making my purchases. I would recommend shopping here with Sam. I was working with antique beds as a foundation and he knew how to size from my dimensions. Careful to choose box mattress to keep height of bed safe. Thank you.

The gentleman that assisted me in my purchase of an S tier mattress was very knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly charismatic!
