We went into New Bern Mattress Firm as first time new mattress buyers, Cody was an incredible help! Very knowledgeable but not pushy.. he made our experience simple and easy to go through! He was great! The Sleepys bed was super comfy and had targeted support areas!

Ryan made the purchase of two new mattresses and bases a freaking breeze! A no pressure sale, and we left with a better fit for our needs than we had come in for, all based off of Ryan’s expertise and recommendations. There was no pressure towards one mattress or another, instead we were shown the differences between different ones and that helped tremendously. Christopher was great. My s/o and I went in with plans to just look around and explore some options. The man is actually a sleep expert, as advertised. He was able to answer all of our questions and fairly quickly sold us on a great priced quality bed, AND two pillows. Definitely recommend this store and will be back in the future when the time comes to upgrade to a newer mattress.
