You know.. seems like these days great customer care is hard to come by. We had such a great experience! I have had one of the best experiences at the Mattress Firm in New Bern NC. Ryan Kriebel and his crew were beyond awesome. If I could give 10 stars, I would. I went in to the store in need of information about different adjustable frame beds, in order to make a decision for a new bed for my parents. They were living in northern NY and we were moving them to Pittsburgh, PA. I never thought I could make the purchase in New Bern for delivery in Pittsburgh, but Ryan made it happen. He and his crew were very helpful and patient with me. I had many questions and they answered them all, and gave me such peace of mind knowing I was making a good decision on the purchase. He also went a step further and gave us military discount as my 93 year old Dad is a Marine veteran. I am forever grateful for the customer service and kindness from Ryan and his crew at such a stressful time for me. I recommend this Mattress Firm 120%!!

I spoke with Ryan a few days before I decided to buy my Temperpedic bed when I went back I spoke with Chris about different options and beds he is very knowledgeable about all beds and adjustable bases. Chris pointed out a couple of things on the base that I didn’t know about and I was sold on what he recommended. I can’t wait for the delivery to bring the bed. We have bought several mattresses from the Mattress Firm on MLK over the years. The Salesmen are always helpful and very knowledgeable. Recently we bought a very nice king size bed and base from Chris with Ryan's help. They did an excellent job, excellent customer service, just a great easy purchase experience.
