I'm very happy with my purchase from Mattress Firm in Mt. Olive. Richard took the time to get to know my preferences and direct me to several beds that would suit my needs at a variety of price points. The questionnaire helped us narrow down the options. The delivery men were terrific. They were very courteous and efficient. The bed arrived the next day and they called me to let me know when it would be here. They took away my old bed and box spring so I didn't have to worry about removing it. What more can I ask for? Thank you Mattress Firm for my great new bed!

My wife and I waked into the store on a Sunday with no expectations or pre-conceived opinions as to what kind of mattress we wanted; this was the first store visit on a "new mattress quest". But Christiana was patient answering lots of questions and was informative to the point we walked out having bought a mattress and box spring, all within 45 minutes! Good job, and thanks Christiana! Also, I need to acknowledge the two delivery men, Daniel and Justin. Arriving before the delivery window, they were fast, clean, and professional. It's pretty obvious they have done this a lot and had no issues getting the mattress and box spring into the house and up the stairs. Justin even pointed out the warranty tag on the mattress and both guys deserve an acknowledgement as well. Thanks Mattress Firm Team!

Extremely helpful staff (Andy) and very professional. Explained everything with demonstrations. He was thorough without being pushy. Answered all questions without adding extra fluff. My grandson. Was being a typical 2 year old and Andy handled it like a pro. The price was within my budget and of course there were more expensive ones, but I found my price range and my needs all in one. I was able to finance without losing the sale price which is not always the option. Thank you Andy. I think I’m going to finally get a great night sleep.

Christianna was a great "sleep expert". I wasnt ready to make a purchase, just testing & feeling different firmness & she explained why i.might want a certain density, why side sleepers need something different than back sleepers. She had answers to questions i didnt know i had!
