We were looking for three mattresses and he was very helpful in us making our final decisions for which mattress to buy in each case. Doug also was able to give us a great price. Great service from the minute we walked into the store to browse their mattresses. We were welcomed by a smiling face of a sleep expert Rich. Let me tell you I usually hate walking into store like these because the sales people are pushy and follow you around like a lost child. This was not the case for this branch their sale associate Rich helped find our price range that worked for us and we tried a few models from various brands on their sales floor. We were torn between two but in the end we found our perfect mattress. Rich helped us get more comfortable with the process which I found highly helpful in picking our choice. He took the time to explain the pricing and what each warranty would entail he really went over and beyond making us knowledgeable in his field of expertise. We did leave purchasing a mattress and adjustable base too we can’t wait for our very quick delivery of our bed to come. Shout out to Rich for being the best at his job and we left not feeling ripped off about our mattress! Thanks Rich

Mike and Justin were great. We weren’t sure what we wanted as we used to have a sleep number and waned something different. Mike gave us all the time to try the different models and explained the differences in hybrid to regular mattresses. Pleased with the service.
