We were greeted at door by sales rep. She asked who and what kind of bed we were looking for. She then proceed to have my daughter select a pillow they she would normally use, and also to grab a paper towel. She then showed my daughter different beds to see which one she was comfortable laying on. My daughter was not rush by any means in selecting a new mattress. Extremely pleased with service that was provided in making our purchased. Received the New Product first thing the following day. The delivery went very well.

The salesman Abdul greeted my husband and I and introduced himself to us. He shook our hands and asked for our names .He asked specific questions regarding what type of mattress and size we were interested in. He allowed us to lay on a variety of mattresses and gave a description of each mattress we looked at. He was courteous, kind and extremely patient. He was knowledgeable about the merchandise in the store and made it easy for us to select our new hybrid firm mattress and the Tempur -ergo adjustable base along with a box spring for my sons bed. My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lana the sales rep. It is Christmas Eve and we showed up just 30 minutes to close. She was patient , kind, and informative. She even made my 18mo year old some comfortable while we shopped. We found the perfect mattress and can’t wait for delivery. Thanks so much Lana!
