It was great. I originally planned just to try the mattresses out, but ended up making a purchase. Salesperson Jeff was knowledgeable about the product, and very quickly made me feel very comfortable, in an otherwise awkward exchange. I was quite anxious as I’ve never purchased a mattress from a store before, but Jeff was great at making me comfortable. He also never hesitated for a moment, which tells me he genuinely knew about the product. He was a great listener and I never once felt pressured by him. Great knowledgeable friendly guy. 10/10 :)

I have done business in the past with Mattress Firm…this will be the 4th mattress we have purchased. The customer service is always good and we always get a good deal. This time I worked with Ranita and she was very professional and knew the products well. She was super nice and helpful especially because we were buying the mattress for our Florida home. Save yourself time and frustration and go here first. Summer is amazing and helped us find & buy an amazing mattress we could afford for my son’s room that was delivered the next day. We went to Mattress Warehouse, Source, IKEA & Walt’s first and didn’t find a deal or quality mattress as good as we found here with Summer. Thank you!
