Me and my daughter had a great experience at the Mattress Firm store on 4th Ave in Bay Ridge. The sale specialist Jerome provided an outstanding service. All the questions were answered professionally and with the great knowledge of the product being sold. The best thing was , when I had some follow up concerns, they were addressed promptly and with an absolute understanding. Definitely recommend Jerome and the store.

Haven’t bought a new mattress in 20 years. Way too long! I’m Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jerome, our salesman, was very knowledgeable and pleasant and not pushy at all. He kept us in our price point but told us all our options. He also told us what to expect from our new mattress, what to do if we had any problems, and how to navigate delivery. I highly recommend both Jerome and Mattress Firm in Bay Ridge!

I walked in and this very pleasant and friendly salesman named Jermone helped me. Of course the bed I loved was the most expensive one and he went over an beyond for me. He did not make me feel like I was just commission. And I greatly appreciated that. He was so knowledgeable about everything I was asking. He is an asset to Mattress Firm. He also informed me that I could pay monthly with a Mattress Firm credit Card. I am very happy customer and I can’t wait until I get my bed on Tuesday.

What a wonderful experience it was purchasing from this store with Jerome at the helm. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and personable. The store is quite, and almost homely. Buying a mattress in person, in a store, with an expert walking you through various options cannot be replaced by anything online.
