Reginald was super helpful in helping me find a mattress perfect for me. I came in just wanting to get an idea for what to look for since you never know what a mattress is like if you don't actually try it out. Reginald helped me figure out what exactly I was looking for and let me try out different ones and compare. Thought I liked firm mattresses before but turns out I like the plush ones. The overall atmosphere of the store was great too. Reginald was very attentive and informative about everything I had questions about, and also allowed plenty of space to think/consider different options so it was a good experience. I am excited to sleep on my new mattress once I get it.

Reginald was amazing at explaining the different types of comfort of each mattress. He made it pretty easy to decide. Thumbs up to him. I visited another mattress firm before the kings plaza location and Robyn was the sweetest over at the Nostrand location. She sent us to the kings plaza location where there was more variety. Thumbs up to you both. Excellent customer service!

My sales agent was Reginald and I had a great experience. He was very patient and never felt like a pushy sales person. This location has a little Lego table which turned out perfect because my 2 year old was tagging along and he was entertained while I tried to find a good fit, mattress-wise. This location has a loft section and when it was time to head up to try out more mattresses, Reginald picked up the Lego table and brought it upstairs so my son could continue playing. Overall a really nice experience and I did buy my new mattress at this location.
