A friend, knowing that I needed a new mattress, recommended that I check out Mattress Firm. I took the advice and went to the Forest Hills location. I’m very happy I did. My experience was wonderful. Edward was a great help assisting me. He was very knowledgeable and thorough in regards to the various mattresses. I felt well taken care of. The store had many different selections to test and decide on. In the end, I was very happy with my purchase. I’ll recommend Mattress Firm to others.

Came here with one mattress in mind and Eric the store manager was great and very knowledgeable helped me select the best mattress for me. I appreciated his patience and made this experience worth it. Would recommend going to Eric and this store as well. Also have a wide array of mattresses to try as well instore.

Eric was great. The young man explained everything and communicated very well. He used his network among his mattress firm community and was very transparent with me. He was able to multitask other responsibilities during the course of my visit without having me feel unattended and also allowed me my space to ponder and make my decision on a bed setup. A great display of his 15 years experience.

Who knew mattress shopping could be overwhelming? Me; I had no clue! My husband and I were looking to upgrade to a bigger bed but we didn't know where to begin. We foolishly Googled "best mattress" which only confused us more — it seems like everyone online has something negative to say about every mattress in existence! We decided to visit a brick & mortar store and form our own opinion. I'm so thankful we chose this location — Natalie was more than accommodating to our questions and concerns. We did not feel pressured into purchasing a mattress; she gave us ample time and privacy to make the decision for ourselves. With that said, she is clearly very knowledgeable about sleep health and was willing to provide insight into any mattress we tried. She took into account our sleep habits and gave great recommendations. The customer service was top notch and it was a genuine pleasure to work with her. So far, we are satisfied with our purchase. We chose to receive our mattress on the weekend, but the store was willing to deliver it in 24 hours. Additionally, this location was very clean and zen. We were not overwhelmed by the experience and I would happily return if I needed another mattress! Thank you, Natalie, for the help! :)
