Me and my husband along with my son stopped by at this store just to look to see what they have for Black Friday sale. We were lucky enough to be greeted by Daniel and because of his knowledge and expertise, we ended up buying a mattress that same day. He helped us pick the perfect mattress, perfect adjustable frame, perfect pillow and the best cooling sheet. Everything was perfect. He took the time to show us various options and comparisons and educate us on the importance of having a good sleeping posture. Such an amazing guy. Mattress firm in New Hyde Park deserves more than a 5 star rating! “Dan” as he let us call him was extremely patient, informative, and understanding, especially towards our budget. He helped us get the best deal possible while educating us on what proper sleep actually is. He explained how spine placement is actually supposed to look while sleeping. He taught us about different materials and suggested many options on what mattress will ensure the best sleep depending on what kind of sleeper you are. He went beyond our expectations and achieved to hit every mark on our goal list. Not only did he find the best option for me but he found the best option for me AND my wife. We are a newlywed couple and we are having the best sleep of our lives! If you’re in the market for a new mattress, you have to go to Dan!

I came here to shop for a full size bed for my 8 year old. We were kindly approached by Daniel. Daniel made everything easy for us. He gave us a great lesson on sleep quality and the importance of position, temperature, and type of sheets. He allowed my son to lay on 4 different types of mattresses. Daniel engaged my son, asking him questions like he was an adult, which my son seemed to like. Daniel was very customer friendly, which made our shopping experience enjoyable. The whole process was speedy and efficient, thanks to him.

I only one thing to say about my experience with this store. The sale man Cliff was outstanding. He went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I had the best mattress for us. He was personable and quite knowledgeable. Even though he was alone and had other people in the store, he worked the room effortlessly.
