Being first time bed buyers, Annie understood us completely. She was very patient and empathetic towards our hesitating on picking out a bed. She was very thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each of the beds; coil vs hybrid vs full foam. She shared her experience of buying her own bed and reassured us that we were doing the right thing being cautious about buying a bed.
