My boyfriend and I are in the process of moving and we wanted to stop by to see what mattresses we liked. We had no intention of buying anything today. I went in to Mattress Firm Yonkers to buy a mattress that we wanted delivered to Florida. Frankie went above and beyond to get us an incredible mattress at the price point we wanted. When there was an issue upon delivery, Frankie immediately worked to resolve it and went out of his way to ensure we were happy and taken care of from start to finish. I went in to purchase a mattress and met Frankie who was extremely knowledgeable, honest, and patient with me as I came to understand the unique differences between each mattress. He assisted me with trying each and every mattress to help me select the best mattresses and the best pillow for my sleeping needs, which I really appreciated.
